Rose Elixir – A Pitta Pacifying Nectar🌹

A few summers ago, in the midst of the blazing Bay Area heat, I experimented with a Pitta-pacifying cooling elixir—what began as a simple kitchen mix-and-match has now become a cherished favorite among family, friends, and satsang gatherings✨ :)

Here’s the recipe:

A soothing base of oat milk (boiled and cooled) blended with almond milk, coconut milk or low fat A2 milk (for non-vegans), enriched with soaked basil (sabja) seeds for their naturally cooling and hydrating qualities.

Infused with the delicate sweetness of Warby’s rose syrup, a hint of cardamom, and a touch of KOS beet powder—my secret ingredient for that vibrant pink hue and earthy nourishment.

Finished with a generous garnish of crushed roasted pistachios and edible dried rose petals for a truly indulgent, rose-personified experience🌹

A drink that cools, nourishes, and delights— cooling you from the inside out
